How Pulse works with Klaviyo
Pulse captures customer actions on your website - such as product views, cart activity, and purchases - and synchronises them directly into Klaviyo.
You can use these events to:
Trigger flows
Personalise emails with real product data
Improve targeting and timing
Pulse events work for both new flows and existing flows.
Using Pulse events in new flows
When creating a new Klaviyo flow:
Choose a Pulse event as the trigger (e.g. Pulse – Added to Cart).
Build your emails as normal.
Use Pulse event properties to insert dynamic content like product names, images, or prices.
Test your flow using Klaviyo’s preview and test tools.
