Connect your Klaviyo account to Blend

You can connect your Klaviyo account to Blend from the Channels section of the app. This allows Pulse to send first-party customer events into Klaviyo for use in flows and campaigns.

Step-by-step

1. Open the Channels section in the Blend App.

2. Locate the Klaviyo card (scroll down if needed) and click Connect.

3. On the next screen, click Login.
​4. You will be redirected to Klaviyo's sign-in page - log in using your Klaviyo credentials.
​5. When prompted, click Allow to grant Pulse the necessary permissions.


​6. Success! You'll be redirected back to the Blend App and see that Klaviyo is successfully connected.

Final Step

To allow the Blend team to support and verify your setup:

  1. In Klaviyo, click the account dropdown in the upper right of your screen.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Go to Settings -> Users.

  4. Click Add New User and enter [email protected].

  5. Select Manager as the user role.

  6. Click Add User.
