To start utilising Pulse in your Klaviyo flows and gain deeper insights into your users' actions on your website, you need to connect your Klaviyo account to Blend. Pulse, Blend AI's first-party data app, enables the collection of user actions and sends this data to Klaviyo.
How to connect your Klaviyo account to the Blend App:
1. Open the Channels section in the Blend App.
2. Locate the Klaviyo card (scroll down if needed) and click Connect.
3. On the next screen, click Login.
4. You will be redirected to Klaviyo's sign-in page. Log in using your Klaviyo credentials.
5. In the following window, click Allow to grant Pulse the necessary permissions.
6. Success! You will be redirected back to the Blend App, where you’ll see your Klaviyo account is successfully connected.
7. Final step - add [email protected] as a Manager in Klaviyo
To do that, inside Klaviyo:
1) Click into the account dropdown in the upper right of your screen.
2) Select Account.
3) Click Settings > Users.
4) Click Add New User and type in [email protected].
5) Choose Manager as the user role.
6) Click Add User.
