You can view and moderate your store reviews by going onto the Products Review app on the Shopify app store.
In the settings, you will be able to:
Enable/disable auto publish
Sign up for email notifications for new reviews
Update the headlines and text of review listings
Edit the colour of star icons
Change the review listing layout design
Be sure to remember to save changes after making any edits! :)
