How to Download the Shopify Products Review App
Add the Product Reviews app by Shopify on the Shopify App Store.

You will be automatically redirected to your Shopify Admin page. Click Install app.
How to Display Reviews on Your Store
In your Shopify menu, click on "Themes", which is located under "Online Store".
Click "Customize" - this will take you into the theme editor.
In the drop-down menu of the home page, click "Products".
Choose the default product template to edit.
Click "Add section" at the bottom of the menu on the left-hand side.
Click "Reviews and/or Star Rating", located in the "Apps" section.
You can now customise your Product Reviews block(s) and can add Reviews or Star rating blocks within the Product Information section by clicking Add block in that section.
