Facebook Ad Accounts allow users to run and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Ad management can be accessed across different users, who can be assigned to specific roles for different levels of accessibility.
To create a Facebook Ad Account:
In your Facebook Business Manager, go into settings and click on ad accounts.
Click the blue Add assets button in the top right corner.
Click Ad Account, which is located under “advertising”.
Click Create a new ad account.
Follow through the prompts (name your ad account, select your business page, enter your time zone, currency + payment method).
Click Create Ad Account.
