How to Update Manual Access to Meta Assets
To run and optimise Facebook & Instagram ads through Blend, your Meta (Facebook) Business Manager needs to grant access to specific assets. Below are the steps your admin should follow in Meta Business Settings to assign partner access to Blend using your Business Managerβs Partner ID (1980500005340632).

1. Ad Account
Go to Business Settings β Accounts β Ad Accounts.
Select your ad account.
Click Assign Partners.
Choose By business ID and enter:
1980500005340632Enable Admin access.
Save changes.
2. Facebook Page
Go to Business Settings β Accounts β Pages.
Select your Facebook Page.
Click Assign Partners.
Enter
1980500005340632.Enable Ads and Insights (or appropriate page permissions).
Click Next / Save.
3. Data Set (Pixel / Event Set)
Go to Business Settings β Data Sources β Data Sets.
Select the dataset you want to share (e.g., pixel dataset).
Click Assign Partners.
Enter
1980500005340632.Under Admin Access, enable Manage pixel/events.
Click Next β Save.
If your pixel or event dataset isnβt created yet, set it up under Data Sources > Pixels / Event sets before assigning partner access.
4. Catalog
Go to Business Settings β Data Sources β Catalogs.
Choose the catalog you want to share.
Click Assign Partners.
Enter
1980500005340632.Enable Manage catalog / Full control.
Save changes.

After Access Has Been Assigned
Once all assets are shared with the Blend partner ID, the assigned team will be able to manage ad campaigns, view insights, and optimise performance.
