How do I publish unpublished reviews in Shopify?

If you've disabled automatic review publishing, you need to manually publish reviews in your reviews app before they appear on your store. Go to your app's Unpublished reviews section and click Publish on each review you want to show.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Open your reviews app
    From your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels. Click on Product Reviews (or your chosen reviews app), then click Open app.

  2. Find unpublished reviews

    Navigate to the Unpublished reviews section (location varies by app, but usually in the main menu or under Reviews).

  3. Publish reviews
    Click on the review you want to publish, then click Publish. Repeat for each review you want to make visible on your store.

Tip: To avoid manual publishing, check your reviews app settings for an automatic publishing option. This will publish new reviews automatically once submitted.
