How do I enable reviews on my Shopify store?

Install a reviews app from the Shopify App Store (like Product Reviews, Judge.me, or Okendo), then add the reviews section or block to your product pages in your theme editor.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Install a reviews app
    From your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Customize your store. Search for a reviews app (Product Reviews by Shopify, Judge.me, or Okendo are popular options). Click Add app and follow the installation prompts.

  2. Add reviews to your product pages (choose one method)
    For Online Store 2.0 themes:

    1. Method A - Add as a section:
      Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize. Navigate to your Products template. Click Add section, find your Reviews app under Apps, drag it where you want it, and click Save.

    2. Method B - Add as a block:
      In your Products template, find the Product information section. Click Add block, select your Reviews app under Apps, position it where you want it, and click Save.

Note: If you're using an older Shopify theme (not 2.0), you may need to follow your reviews app's specific installation instructions.
